Recommends it for: When? Was? Huh?
Years ago, HBO released an original movie called "The Pentagon Wars". It had Kelsy Grammar in it, and was a bitter, twisted, deeply amusing take on some of the most ridiculous Pentagon spending scandals of the 80's, and included some scenes so ridiculous you'd never believe them. Only they were real, and not particularly funny.
