This is a generally good book, shining a light on a very interesting branch of martial arts/special forces training. A lot of the book is excellent, the descriptions are excellent and generally full and a wide range of subjects are covered. However, the quality of the photographs is generally low and particularly with the martial arts section one gets the feeling which is a fault with a lot of martial arts books of being served a taster tray, a selection of useful moves but not comprehensive or...more
