I really liked this one as it had concrete methods to encourage daughters. It's a bit dated (encourages getting your daughters interested in computers because they're 'becoming' standard) but the advice is sound. Teach your daughter the skills she needs to succeed, encourage her, support her, listen to her, and tell her you are proud of her and love her. The quotes from 'successful' non-toublemaking teens are a nice touch, and the young voice comes through.
