The message of this book was hard ...yet it spoke clearly to me. I have read two books regarding broken relationships, and both have said that a woman must first and foremost love God. This love has to be the love we would feel for the most trustworthy spouse, not just for God as a Creator. While I have always had the creator-love for God and the Savior love for Jesus, I have never really considered them my spouse. Yet, many Biblical references speak of God as the bridegroom.
