A thorough approach to Robert's Rules from an excellent parliamentarian. (NOTE: A new edition of Robert's, Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (11th Edition) was released in 2011 and after this Complete Idiot's Guide was issued. Each new Robert's brings changes to procedure. The latest has 120.) Even so, there are timeless recommendations that make this book well worth getting.

During my tenure as Chairman of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce board of directors, I had the pleasure of of having author Nancy Stlvester at my side as parliamentarian. Before meeting Nancy, I had no idea that professional parliamentarian's even existed!

I encourage anyone who attends and/or conduct offical meeting to get anc keep her book at your side.
