I found this one a bit mis guided - I found it to be more of a stretching book.
This will really be a constant, ongoing read for me. Suffice it to say that it is something I am very ready for and need to pay attention to.
not just for runners... includes poses helpful for other sports as well. helpful variations.
good source for stretching poses.
