Wonderful anatomy book that focuses on five major strength training moves, and several variations using bodyweight and equipment. Deadlifts, lunges, pushups, pullups, and abdominal "wheel" / extensions and contractions. Fully illustrated in color to show muscle groups, and good form notes as well. Major muscles, and many deep internal muscles are highlighted in insets to show the activation in the various moves.

It was okay. Filled with great exercises but nothing particularly ground breaking or enlightening. Good for a beginner and a good refresher for a more experienced lifter. If I were a trainer, I think it'd be on my shelf for sure, just don't know if it added anything to my repertoire.
