The investigation reveals numerous suspects, leaving Jenkins to find the guilty one.

"Oh, The Value of Scrap Metal"

In this short story, Chief of Police Sam Jenkins is sitting in 'Ned's Bucket O'Blood' bar with a mug of Bud beer.
