"Long before Tejeros and the Aguinaldo government, Bonifacio had already created a government out of the Katipunan. His cabinet was composed of : Emilio Jacinto, as secretary of state ; Teodoro Plata, as secretary of war ; Briccio Pantas, as secretary of justice ; Aguedo del Rosario as secretary of interior and Enrique Pacheco as secretary of finance."

Shelves: pinoy-reading
Fascinating and engaging narratives on various aspects of the Philippine a Revolution ranging from the origins of the national flag and anthem, military strategy, to election corruption. What's interesting is how these 100+ years old events have applications and repercussions in today's political environment. Definitely worth reading.
