This was a strange but intriguing murder mystery set in Fairhope, Alabama. The main character Michael is plagued by his own inertia until his wife changes everything for him and his family. The short chapters read almost like police reports, and the entire plot lends credence to the possibility of being convicted for a murder you didn't commit.
Another great literary thriller from Frank Turner Hollon who is fast becoming one of my favorite authors. Terrific writing, layers and layers for the reader to unfold. Unique plot and very well written characters. He deserves to be read by a wider audience. Very highly recommended.
terrific novel that was masterfully written. Tight plot with a compelling moral twist.
