I loved this book! Great, funny, quick read. Anyone who has ever been involved in a wedding will appreciated many of the scenarios in this book. I received it as a Christmas gift and my aunt, mom and I all finished the book within two days.

Maid of Honor by Jillian Conley peeks us into the life of Josephine Vitale, Maid of Honor. Josephine, who is unemployed and single, gets asked to be the MOH at her best friend Sandra’s wedding. With Sandra on the quest to have the most perfect wedding of the century, Josephine jumps through hoop after ridiculous hoop to make her friend happy. Josephine is thrown another curveball when a former love interest enters the picture, and readers wonder if she will be able to get her happy ending as wel ...more

It was a good, quick read. I had a hard time putting it down because I wanted to find out what happened to Josie. It didn't really go anywhere though or go into any depth. Like she says she's mad, but you don't really get that from the dialogue. She doesn't act mad. She just says it. The ending left a lot hanging and wasn't complete to me. It's supposed to be about Josie's friendship with Sandra, but ventures off course and goes into other dealings she has with people which is great, but it intr ...more

Just finished this book and loved it! My best friend gave this to me as a gift... I will be her Maid of Honor this June! This book was definitely something I could relate to, and I had a ton of fun learning about Josephine's romances and the bride Sandra's antics.

Definitely recommended for all women!

I was looking forward to a really good chic-lit and half way through the book I knew this wasn't it. The only good thing about it, it is a quick read. You meet Josie and her best friend Sandra who recently got engaged. This book is about their road to the alter. All I kept thinking is that this is a case of poor little rich girl and her first world problems. Josie doesn't have a job and lives off her Daddy's money. She is a painter who is a unknown that received a break at a gallery. She made $9 ...more
I actually couldn't put this down since I wanted to know the ending! A fun chick-lit read, and perfect for women with bridesmaid syndrome.
