I received this in a GoodReads Giveaway. Thank you for the signed copy and book mark!

Believe is a story I can imagine reading to my future kids before bed. It is simply written and would capture young audiences and take them on a journey to "save" the magical world.

While reading Believe I assumed Lily was about 12, turns out she is 20!

I hate to be picky, but the spelling mistakes, the length of some of the sentences and the way the dialogue was written bothered me. I am by no means perfect but

I won this in the Goodreads First Reads giveaway. When I opened it I found it was signed by the author, and I also received a lovely bookmark and card from the author as well, which I really appreciated.

For anyone who thinks that this book is all about mermaids, it's not! Lily, the protagonist, starts off in the world of the mermaids but the plot soon steers her away from them and on her quest to destroy the Doubt. The chapters are fairly short and the plot moves along quickly.

I won this copy on Goodreads Giveaways and would like to thank Erin for signing the book, for the note and for the inspirational bookmark x

Believe is a lovely fairytale about a young woman (Lilly) from the ‘outer world’, whose belief in all things magical is the only thing that can save ‘the realm’ from the destruction that ‘doubt’ is about to cause. We follow Lilly on her heroic journey, meeting mermaids wizards and dwarves along the way who help her in her task & keep her safe from the ‘Ph

I apologize now, this is my first attempt at reviewing a book, but since I won this through the GoodReads Giveaways I think I should. I do not feel inclined to provide a synopsis since others have already done that.

I loved the idea of this story and would like to see more in the series or even see this novel fleshed out some more. Generally I am not a big fan of page after page of description, but I would like to see some more details. I would like to see more development of the characters, the

I enjoyed reading this book. The beginning of the book was a little difficult to get into, but got better as the book went on. It reminded me of an old fashioned fairy tale, unlike all of the new fantasy books coming out. A nice casual read. It's the kind of book you can keep and read to the little ones.

Growing up the oldest, and only girl, in a family of three, I have lost myself in books for as long as I could remember. Favorites have been read and re-read until they fell apart, copies replaced, and the whole thing repeated. Since the time I realized that books don't spontaneously appear, but someone sits down to write the stories, I have been fascinated with the process. If anything, my own at ...more
