Amazing book. Highly recommended not only for coaches and consultants, but leaders and managers as well. Understanding Use of self in coaching is vital for one to be truly effective. This book provides the Triple Impact Coaching model, concepts and tools. Easy to read, insightful and full of great ideas that can immediately be put into practice.
