A Man For All Seasons was surprisingly enjoyable. I only bought this because the book was on sale at Harlequin, and I wanted a Christmasy read.

The question utmost on my mind after finishing up this delectable, spicy and funny holiday romance is “Where on Earth has Heather MacAllister been all my reading life?”. I mean seriously! Tyler Burton has had to watch over Marlie Waters ever since they were children. She followed him everywhere and he was her protector. They lost touch through the years, but Tyler now needs Marlie. This was a cute 'friends to lovers' story. There wasn't much character development, but it was a very short read--so I suppose some things have to be compromised.
Ty suddenly notices his plain, kind of chubby, best friend is hot and he's in love with her after the cliched much needed makeover.
The steam factor was pretty low, considering this is marketed as a Blaze. They didn't even get it on until approx page 195, and it was quite pg-13. Well she did decorate his package with some tinsel--which...more

This was a cute read that and I enjoyed all the befuddlement Ty goes through when he suddenly starts noticing his pesky longtime friend and house-mate in a whole new light.
This was a quick one I read when I went to bed last night and it goes in my speed-read pile (the ones where I skip over most of the details because the story fails to completely pull me in). But overall, I liked it.

12 days of Xmas - Lovely! I love old friend becomes beau rom. They are flatmates, she's depressed so he bids on an auction for 12 dates with hotties to impress girlfriend/auctioneer & help old friend. Dialogue great, build up of relationship is great. Top marks!

This is so worth reading around Christmas. Childhood friends fall in love, but not before a few stumbling blocks get in the way.
Quick, sexy read. Great characters and interesting story.
Hot!!! Loved it!
So good...there were times when I was frustrated with both characters, but it never lasted long enough to jeapordize how much I liked them. They seemed kind of real too, with realistic flaws.... And the Axelle thing resolved in a surprising way, I was worried that was gonna ruin it for me. Lots of fun, lots of heart....enjoyed it. And apparently I'm feeling more verbose today.
enjoyed this way more than I expected to, even laughed out loud in a few places.
