The authors focus specifically on companies around the country that get high marks from their own employees--Microsoft, Google, Starbucks, Zappos, and others--and then identify the unique commonalities. Really enjoyed this book. It's a great complement to other books I have read with principles and ideas that will make a workplace a place where others want to work.
One of the best business books I have read in a really long time. The style of organization in this book is something to strive for.
Good ideas to make the workplace seem like a family, but I'm not so sure that's a good idea in itself.
