Drawing on years of research, Burchell and Robin shed light on how companies become great workplaces, and are then able to excel. The authors focus specifically on companies around the country that get high marks from their own employees--Microsoft, Google, Starbucks, Zappos, and others--and then identify the unique commonalities.
