Godahl is effortlessly sophisticated and quietly amusing - quite a contrast to the megalomaniacally narcissistic Lupin. On the other hand, Lupin's ridiculously cartoonish character, coupled with LeBlanc's melodramatic style, makes Arsene endlessly laughable - often unintentionally, I suspect.

Bottom line? Godahl's more believable, Lupin's more comedic and Raffles comes in somewhere between the two. All's good in the land of light-fingered gentry.
