Holly Jacobs is one of my favorite authors, she always manages to explore a social issue along with her romance. This book does a great job depicting the stages of grief, with the two main characters losing their loves very early in their lives.

I really liked this book a lot. Especially the "Homecoming Day" meaning of the title, which has to do with adopted children. It was sweet, romantic and all those good things that Holly Jacobs always delivers. Way to go Holly!

This book was very sad but also full of hope. The main characters both lost someone they loved with all of their hearts but they also learned how to move on, be happy again, love again.
Nichole
It is a really touching story of dealing with love and loss. Also to cope with the loss that surrounds you.
