This is what an introduction to foucault should be. Vastly better done than "Foucault: a very short introduction." It's organized conceptually, with accounts of the development of different concepts over time. No puzzling focus on limit experiences. This book would be extremely useful for someone teaching an introductory course on Foucault.
Sara Mill's other book, "Discourse," is also fantastic.
