Tough writing style but probably must be that way. Gives an in-depth look at cases of modern soldiers returning from war. The difficulty of transition from the battlefield to civilian society is the main point of the book. A large emphasis on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and suicide. Recommended to anyone who wants to get involved and/or learn the reality that you won't get from American media outlets.

Great reference book for victims of PTSD or for those who know someone sufferingfrom it...horribly edited though.
