In this third book about fourth-grader Effie, she can't wait to go to camp so she can learn to swim, hang out with her two best friends, and win the Outstanding Camper of the Week medal. Further reading from the two-person book club consisting of 4th grade grand daughter and me. Even though I cannot say this book would have been at the the top of my TBR list (or in the stack at all, for that matter), it was a fun book.

Her sister has know where to go, so she has to be part of the staff at camp. Her mom gave her sister orders to not talk to her sister at all and to treat her like another child.
