One of the more useful books on horse racing I've read. He explains multi-race wagers well (I think they're his specialty), and it's good to read if the more exotic stuff seems a little intimidating and you want to learn more.
I got this book as a freebie at a dinner last fall at the Breeder's Cup, the World Thoroughbred Championship races. Unlike most free books, this one's a really good read if you're interested in the advanced betting possibilities offered at today's race tracks and OTB parlors. The book explains things simply and clearly, even about the forms you have to fill out for the IRS when you hit it big.
