3 steps: Admitting you're stuck, Diagnosing why you're stuck, Getting unstuck. Short snippets of 'advice' on different pages and depending on your needs, you can flip to the relevant pgs to learn more. This book doesn't 'speak' to me. Our 'coach' who recommended this bk spoke so well abt how the bk can changed one's outlook at work.

Keith and Sandra put some soul into this one. Realizing that you are stuck and being able to admit it are two different things.
The serious seven reasons that people are stuck helped me describe more of where I am stuck.
This is a business book that crosses over into personal application.
Read it.

Picked this up due to the striking cover; bought it on a whim. It turns out to be pretty good. The design is solid, with some interesting visual metaphors, etc. The information is solid as well; learned a few things that I will most likely deploy in the upcoming year as an team leader/administrator.

his book is a very different read to help somebody get out of a rut. The book is written so it jumps you around so that you get the right advice and help for your issues. So it's a great book to keep so you can take a different path the next time you are stuck.

This is a great little book to help you diagnos where a team or an organization is stuck. Once you figure out how you are stuck, there are suggested actions to take to get unstuck. I've used this with several teams in a corporate setting and one not-for-profit.

This book held a lot of great helpful and tangible tips and tools. I read it thinking for a group I am team lead over, but think I will re-read it for my own personal growth.
