I loved this book so much that I'm furious--why doesn't anyone know about her? Why are her books on the verge of going out of print? I mean, Alice Munro blurbed her! Munro doesn't blurb anybody!

Eloquent and a wonderful read-- totally speaks to the way children feel in an adult world that often doesn't make sense, especially as it interacts with the physical truths of adolescence.
As good as the first time I've read this book. Clear, blunt and humorous.
Recommended by Andrew Garrod in his Coming of Age course.
