This story seemed to have a slow flow to it. There are bad things going on in town but the action is moderate. The suspense and romance don’t jump out at you like the more enjoyable romantic suspense books where the hero and heroine and verbally sparring with each other or severely trying to deny the attraction. Despite this it was still good enough to continue reading. Benjamin is not overly Alpha but also not too sweet that you would get bored.

Arrggh! I started in the middle of another series. I decided to read this book for the Men in Uniform Reading Challenge. Enjoyed it and am looking forward to continuing the series.
