It really is an amazing book. Very educational, informative and interesting. A complete guide that goes from the most simple and inexpensive thing you can do for the benefit of your skin to the most expensive one. It includes detailed explanations of ingredients, products and procedures as well as great advice for your skin's health depending on your skin type.

I feel like I am back in school reading a textbook; although it is very informative. I enjoyed the book and learned some new tips on taking care of my skin. I only wish I had enough will power to give up the white flour, white sugar and caffeine for amazing skin.
I loved this book! Easy read and loved learning new things about aging skin. I will keep this in my collection as a reference book.
