Good collection of essays which tries to (re)frame historiographical approaches to early and modern Britain. The discussions on "Greater Britain" as a category of analysis, and cis- and trans-Atlanticism were very well received.
One of the most succinct (re)interpretations of Atlantic theory available. Though it is lamentable that the concept of cis-Atlanticism is used as a catch all for all other forms of Atlantic activity that fall without the confines of circum and trans-Atlanticism.
