I came away from this book smarter in the foundation of yoga than I started, true. But still I'm longing for some simpler rendering of just what the eight limbs are and how they might impact my life today. So much of discussion of the Yoga Sutras, and the eight limbs embedded therein, seems to be always be pushed through a crystal ball. To date I have yet to find a clear, concise description of either. But rest assured, I will keep looking!

Really informative.... sometimes slow.
I love yoga and have been interested in the "spiritual" side of it. This is a must read if you share that interest.

My least favorite of the series. It didn't quite inspire me like his other ones. If you didn't fully enjoy this one read some of his others
