Buat penggemar yoga, khususnya tradisi Iyengar, this is a must have book.
Aplikatif, praktis, dan bisa dilakuin sama siapa aja. Mau yang udah mahir sampai yang baru belajar. Atau kalau baru sekadar niat silakan lho!

Setiap gerakan yang ditampilin ini diberikan juga alternatifnya buat para pemula. Karena kalau latihan yoga, yang penting itu bukan kesempurnaan, tapi sejauh mana kita bisa mencapainya dengan alignment badan yang benar.

Not fair if I say too much upon something that I wrote myself, haha!

It's just I want people to know that being healthy can be find through certain ways. Not just regular medical method like most majority people would refer to, like today.
