Good Book. A little to much detail about court cases (and I'm a lawyer who is used to reading that stuff) The book presents a lot of anecdotes and second hand reports from newspapers and magazine articles about Chuck Berry. As the author notes in the acknowledgements, the book suffers some from no cooperation from the Berry family. I enjoyed the backstories about the recording of the classic songs, as well as the authors analysis of the meanings and significance of many of the legendary lyrics...more
