This is my favorite Tim Burton movie, and also my favorite Johnny Depp movie. I love everything about the dark, leaf-covered village of Sleepy Hollow, but I also like the beginning of the film, which shows New York City just on the edge of the 19th Century. And Christopher Lee mercilessly sending Ichabod out alone to bring the murderer of Sleepy Hollow to justice.
This book is large, with big production stills from the movie, original production drawings and the complete, original script, which s
I had no idea such a thing existed until I just recently found this gem at a thrift store (in the children's books section much to my amusement) and had to have it.

Sleepy Hollow is one of my favorite horror movies of all time, much of it due to the gorgeous cinematography, and this book, which contains the screenplay, is full of set photos as well as equally beautiful concept art. So glad I found it.

I really enjoyed Tim Burton's drawings. He sketched what he wanted for props, and how he wanted characters to look. Also backdrop scenes, all so creative. Exactly what I expect from Burton. Good to read Sleepy Hallow again too.

My girl scout troop was headed to a Renaissance Fair in a town seven hours away.
Which meant a road-trip.
Which meant something to read.

I read the "Sleepy Hollow" script before I saw the movie.
Actually, the only reason I even wanted to see the movie was because this screenplay was so good.
In fact, I'd venture to say that it was better than its movie.

I actually left the book in our hotel, but realized that I'd forgotten it within two minutes, because I couldn't put it down.

It gave me flashbacks

Everything about this movie was appropriately dark and creepy. I loved all of the costumes especially!

I loved this book. Of course I love the movie, Tim Burton, Johnny Depp, and Christina Ricci (not sure how to spell her name lol).

This was a neat book. It was the entire screenplay of the movie. Included some pretty good stills and original art work.
