Good book. Simple, straightforward and contains a wide range of exercises and useful tips. Its the kind of book that you dont need to read from cover to cover, but is a good reference book that allows you to reach the chapters you want. Some chapter topics include Pilates, Yoga, Core strengh for Seniors, Core strength for kids, Core Srength for Pregnant women, etc. Some of the exercises also repeat in some chapters, which I view as a good thing because you dont have to keep flipping to specific...more
