These Naruto books bring back memories when I use to watch the anime. I love Naruto so much that I named my daughter Sakura. I love how funny, silly but loyal Naruto is to his friends and those he cares about. I will read and reread this series forever....and then I will rewatch the show! I highly recommend this series to anyone that loves manga.

Introducing Zabuza! The Demon of the Hidden Mist is up against rank amateurs. What a surreal sight this is, after seeing what Naruto and Sasuke eventually become. What? This little moron and this budding psychopath will become two of the most powerful ninjas in the world?

Definitely not yet. It really helps that this series sets up very interesting and extremely impressive villains like Zabuza to hopelessly outmatch our heroes.

description

Having past their test Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura are now doing easy missions and eventually getting a first big mission.

As i mentioned they are doing easy missions but they are getting sick of them (mostly Naruto complains about it), and that they want a mission that's a bit harder. So the Hokage decides to assign their team to serve as bodyguards for a bridge-builder named Tazuna.

But It turns out Tazuna held information back about his situation, and the mission becomes higher ranked than it wa

I liked this book because it is about ninjas and I like ninjas and I was like what they do they climb things very fast and they also have cool ninja stars. And this book is about three ninjas training to be a ninja and they want to be the best ninjas ever but they always get attacked and they get hurt.I recommend this book to Kenneth because he likes Naruto and he also likes action books that are cool and interesting.

Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura are junior ninjas now but they're tired of their menial missions and ask for something more difficult. They get more than they bargained for when they come up again Zabuza, "the demon."

This is really not my thing. It's all fight, fight, blah, blah. My husband insists that the story is uh-maze-ing though so I push on even though I'm secretly thinking, 'what story???' At least in this volume Naruto is approximately 50% less annoying than the first.

The action really picks up in Naruto, Vol. 2: The Worst Client. This volume debuts the first evil baddie, the fearsome Zabuza. This is one of my favorite battles in the series for a few reasons. It may not be the best battle, sure. However, this is the first time we get a taste of how impressive the powers are of a first-rate ninja. Getting a taste o

The second volume of Naruto is just as good as the first, except in this volume the characters are expanded on and the reader gets to see more of the world Naruto and his friends inhabit. Also introduced to another range of characters that are decieving and fearsome.

Kakashi gets more interesting and Naruto continues to be determined and optimistic. There are many characters like Naruto in anime that become annoying or over-bearing due to their less than complex outlook on life and lack any real

This book revealed a lot of think showing why a ninja was so great. It also taught me more about what to expect in the future considering there is a lot more to learn.

Still enjoying this, it has it's funny moments and even though Naruto annoys me with his shenanigans sometimes, I kind of love him for that exact reason as well.

What I've noticed with both this and the second volume, though, is that they both have such a bad pacing. After 100 pages it already feels like they could start wrapping things up for this volume but alas, that's not what happens but we get another 100 pages that start to drag things out more than necessary.

I'll still continue the serie

Lovvvve this series. I love the artwork and the characters, and it amazes me how far ahead Kishimoto had the plot thought out. There are cute touches in the manga that you miss in the anime (like Kakashi having a [live:] plant named Ukki-kun in his apartment, to make up for Kishimoto's dead Ukki-kun in his drawing studio/apartment). I'm really enjoying revisiting the story from the start even though I know what is going to happen during these early parts.

The one gripe is the oddness of some of t

12 year old Naruto Uzumaki is an orphan with a nine-tailed demon fox sealed inside of him. Despite this, he's determined to become the strongest ninja in his village and earn the title of Hokage. Action scenes are good and interspersed with enough dialogue as to not get repetitive or boring. I like that the story focuses on a troubled main character -- not because a troubled main character is new, but because Naruto reacts like many kids do when they aren't given enough attention, and it's refre ...more

Masashi Kishimoto, the author and illustrator of Naruto, is a master at the Manga drawings. He is able to express in one panel of the graphic novel many different emotions and actions. Its amazing how he can fit such detail into a small space. It was very interesting to also read backwards from back to front along with reading right to left. I honestly had a hard time at first since this goes against everything I learned but once I became use to to it, it became fun! There is no color in his grap ...more

Naruto, in my opinion, is one of the best manga/video game/anime series out there now. It just really captures the problems of being a teenager who is shunned by the community of Konohagakure for something you don't know about. Especially when you're a shinobi, trying to survive the harsh world of ninja warfare.

Naruto, Volume 02, goes deeper into after the events of the first 5-6 episodes of the anime. It starts off with Kakashi Hatake telling Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto that they all pass, and en

The Naruto series by Masashi Kishimoto is a book that really gets you to know and understand the characters by not revealing much about their past. The main character Naruto is simple minded but very commited and always completes his tasks no matter what he goes through, although his past is completely hidden from the reader you still get to understand how he feels. Naruto was paired with two other ninja his age which are Sakura and Sasuke, sakura is a young girl who is madly in love and thinks

This is the second book in the Naruto series. In it Naruto and his regiment go out on their first mission with an... unusual client. He works as a bridge builder. But his mission has ulterior notions as Naruto and his group get ambushed by multiple deadly enemies. this book was very easy to understand when i read it, unlike some others ive read with REALLY confusing plot lines. All in all i enjoyed it. and you should too.
