Concept Book: Published 2010.

I could see using this book in a group of books for the beginning of an Inquiry Project. It is easy to read, with pictures to accompany all sorts of yellow things. It talks about yellow items, the feel of yellow, and what yellow symbolizes out in the world. Also, it includes an activity and glossary page in the back of the book.
I think this book could start some interesting inquiry questions. On page 24 is says, "Yellow ribbons are a sign of hope during a war." I th...more
