Shiloh Walker offers an interesting twist on our age old fables. The most recent in her series, Tarnished Knight, keeps you engaged with Perci, Jack and Luc. You feel their pain and their passion. I hadn't heard of the Grimm's before this, the only reason I'd offered to read it was because Shiloh offered it up for review. I've really enjoyed many of her other stories and figured this one would be no different.

First things first: I had an awful lot of fun reading this book. It's sexy and fast-paced and it breaks your heart more than once. I haven't read the others in the series (although I have them sitting on my TBR shelf) but I had no problem following along and keeping up with what was happening.

Have you ever wondered the origin of the fairy tales that we know so well? The Grimm is a new twist on classic fairy tales. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started reading Tarnished Knight. I've read all the Grimm books. This latest one, while a favourite of Ms. Walker's, is not a favourite of mine. I did enjoy it as I enjoy all her books. This one, there were two story lines going and it would have been nice to have both of them resolved in story. Actually, there were three since Will's story is still being prolonged in a painful manner.

I cried like mad because this chick was just evil, she just didn't understand she was killing her husband. I felt soooo bad for him that it distracted the main plot of the story for me.
Absolutely wonderful, but you definitely need to read the entire series in order. Can't wait for another! They have to tell Will & Mandy's story, right!? And what about Luc & Sina?
This one definitely had me turning to Wikipedia for the old stories of Rapunzel and Persinette! Very heart wrenching but an great read!
The cover is so damn.. haunting. Enchanting. A delicious knight, Grimm-in-training and an Other.
My fave so far
loved it but like all stories this is the end of the series for now
I love this series. This story is as hot as it is heart wrenching. I can't wait for the next tale.
Heartwrenching, but SO good. I love the Grimm Circle books!
