Witch and coven leader Leona upsets her coven when she suggests that the only way to recover a valuable book stolen by demons is to summon one and force it to retrieve the book. Demons once summoned will only carry out a task if they are paid with a soul. Summoning demons is the kind of thing that only foolish humans do. As witches their job is to release the souls stolen by the demons and banish them back to hell.

Katie, BookingIt--"I wish this short story were longer! I believe the premise of this story is enough for a full-length novel. Since the story is shortened, I think the plot and character development were sacrificed for the sake of space...The relationship between Leona and Carrick is intense and hot, but superficial.
