This is a truck book, and we really like truck books around here, but the story didn't have the kind of twist at the end that Dylan really enjoys. He was getting a little bored toward the end, although he did want to find out if the big truck would come home.

A big truck teaches a little truck all he needs to know about being a truck. Then something happens to the big truck and the little truck finds out he really did learn how to be a truck. Great book for kids...especially little boys!

Big Truck and Little Truck work together on the Farley Farm. When Big Truck goes in for repairs, Little Truck remembers all the things Big Truck taught him. A little tricky as a read-aloud, I kept tripping on some of the repetitive sounds.

A cute little book about a little truck learning from a big (and older) truck. Nice pictures. But, a little too contemplative for my son, not enough action! A good library check out, but probably not one to own, at least not for us.
