Ric wants to save his family plantation in Hawaii by turning it into a bed and breakfast, but he needs some financing to get the project off the ground. His long lost and insanely rich grandmother is just the ticket. When she tells him that she will be in Hawaii soon to meet him, he thinks he may be able to convince her to give him the money.
