Fate seemed about to change her life-style
And Christine couldn't have been happier about it. But that was before she arrived in New Zealand and saw Glendene, the large property her uncle had left her.

Only then did she discover that her uncle had intended to change the will before his untimely death. By rights, Glendene should have gone to his manager, Laurie Stuart.

I have a few of this authors books on my TBR. She seems to write story lines of a similar ilk to Essie Summers and loving her New Zealand set books I was keen to try her. This is a second one I've read and it was very enjoyable.

The story of an English girl coming to New Zealand to claim an inheritance is not new but the characters were engaging and the plot freshly squeezed.

Christine is a thoroughly nice girl and when she arrives to find her uncle meant to leave the property to his farm manager
