Libraries and bookstores are crammed to the gills with self-help books that aspire to make the reader a better person (or at least buy the author a summer home on the coast). But what about all of the manuals advising on how to be a worse person? Where are those books?

My copy was given to me by a good friend, that did so as if to pass the torch onto me, upon which I continue to hold high.
Short, hilarious, and all too often, relevant.
This book is a stitch! It's So Wrong in parts -- really, it's ALL wrong, but even a hardened old harpy like me was reduced to a breathy "oh my!" at the more shocking (pedophilia/incest/bulimia/etc) jokes. But don't let that scare you. If you can stand the irreverence, this is a real laugh-out-loud read that pokes fun at all of us. Hilarious.
Need help starting that trendy heroine habit you've always wanted? Do you need to pick up an eating disorder but you have no time for a debilitating childhood and abusive father? Not sure the best way to hold your smokes?
Well then quit reading, nerd, and buy this book today.
It is very funny.

this one is the hoots!
it is nasty humour. very nasty humour. if you're stuck up about any of the issues in here you will not like it. but if you're sick of therapists and self-help books and other well-meaning do-gooders.. ..and have a morbid sense of humour.. ..then you'll love this little gem

A small book of humor for your entertainment. This one riffs on the ever-present stack of self-help books that people read over and over again. Read this one instead!
In case you ever really need help screwing up your life, this is a good place to go for advice.
A coffee table staple, haha... Very amusing.
