Originally discovered during a d'var Torah at my shul, Motherprayer translates and explores some fascinating traditional texts (mostly, though not exclusively, Jewish) on the topics of pregnancy and birth. I am less interested in the author's original poems and find some of her claims outdated (she is a feminist of my parents' generation).
