The Reluctant Father was typical Diana Palmer novel. The male protagonists of Palmer novels have oftentimes been these strong overbearing characters that are harsh and mean to the heroines who are weak willed, but not so much in this novel.

I've read the stories before and reading it again since it has been years since I last read it and have forgotten some of the story lines.
I have issues with the construction but the narrative story line is engaging and wonderful, just as every other book Diana writes :D
