This is Stacey Kennedy’s new spin off from her Magic Sword series called The Blue Bloods series. This is my favorite by Stacey, the others are very good, but this wolf story just satisfied me in all the right areas. I loved everything about this book from the dangerous action to how Stacey wrote the wolves. You cant have to much dominant Alpha;) As always Stacey gives you romance, hot sex and leaves a happy ending. This book has an excellent mystery I never guessed it to be blank LOL you thought...more

Be aware that this book is a spin-off of the author’s other series: previous called The Magical Sword series now called Magic & Mayhem. And, yes its my opinion that you have to read the other series to get the full effect of this series. I, however, did not know that. So when I started reading this series it felt like I missed something…like maybe the first book. It wasn’t really confusing as they do give you a recap, but when you read this book Briggs and Rynn are already together. It would...more

When I started the Magical Sword series, and first read of Rynn and Briggs I knew I wanted to read more of these two. Rynn's story is sad and my heart broke for her but I was so glad to see her come into her own in this book.

Again Stacey didn't disappoint, this book was a quick action packed book mixed with some steamy love. It also had twists and turns which I didn't expect and the ending I was equally shocked with.

I believe Briggs is my new favorite male character though I am sure I will cha...more

REVIEW:
An Everlasting Bite is my first and definitely not last book of author Stacey Kennedy. Where have I been, that I hadn’t read one of her books? Shame on me! Anyways, I loved this new series that is actually a spinoff to one of her others that I need to get reading.

Rynn is a young woman who was attacked and violated by a werewolf and now has become one herself. Luckily a ma...more

The Magical Swords series and Nexi Jones story my be complete, but the world they live in still has tons of action, especially amongst the werewolves! Get ready for another adventure that will leave your mind spinning, your blood boiling, and your finger turning until the very end!

Rynn has been sexually assaulted, battered, and bitten with nearly zero chance of living, except we are talking about the equally innocent, yet determined Rynn Murphy. Now that she has...more

An Everlasting Bite by Stacey Kennedy is the first book in the Blue Bloods series and an offshoot of her Magical Sword series. If you want the complete history and depth for this book its best to read the first 3 books in the Magical Sword series first.

An Everlasting Bite is an excellent love story that is filled with action, intrigue and suspense. The characters are wonderful. Stacey Kennedy has a talent for creating characters that you truly like, both main and supporting. Rynn is a very char...more

We caught a little peek into the lives of beta wolf, Briggs and his newly turned mate, Rynn in the Magical Sword series. OH MY GOODNESS! There are just not words hot enough to describe Briggs. He is as fiercely protective of his mate, as you would expect an Alpha/Beta male to be but also extremely tolerant and loving. He melts my heart! Love him!

For being thrown into a life she didn't even know existed and a role that is envied and coveted (essentially 3rd in command) Rynn really shined when the...more

This is a spin off series from Stacey's Magical Sword series. When we were introduced to Rynn in Stacey's other book I was really hoping to get to see more of her and I am getting a whole series. Couldn't be happier.

Poor Rynn has been through so much trauma. Raped and turned into a wolf and then finding her mate. She has so much to take in. Briggs was super sweet and really took care of her and was patient and protected her.

It was a perfect story. I loved how we see Briggs heal Rynn and watch t...more

The start of this novel had me confused, until I realized that this series and another were related, closely. Overall it was a good novel to read. I feel a lot more in touch with the werewolf side of things now, instead of just witches and guardians.

After reading the whole Magical Sword series, it was amazing to see how far Rynn had come. The story was exciting and packed with action but the love story really shone through. I look forward to reading more.

This was just ok for me. I didn't like all the huge section of flashback in the beginning. I was confused about what was actually happening and who the people were. I enjoyed the relationship between Briggs and Rhynn, but it seemed forced in places. I also found some errors that should have been caught during proofreading; they were distracting to me. It did have a good plot, and I really liked Valor. That being said, I don't know if I will ready anymore from this author.

OMG......I love Briggs!!!

A very good story, well written and compelling. Rynn is so brave for being able to forgive and smile after all she has passed. It truly is great his story. And the end! No one expected that, it was so deceiving. Great book and Hopping for the next one. :D

3.5 Felt like I was dropped into the middle of a story, but it was still a decent story. Should could have used better editing.

Stacey Kennedy is an urban fantasy lover at heart, but she also enjoys losing herself in dark and sensual worlds. She lives in southwestern Ontario with her husband, who gave her a happily-ever-after. Together, they have two small children who can always make her smile, and who will never be allowed to read Mommy’s books. If she’s not plugging away at a new story, you’ll find her camping, curling...more
