I enjoyed reading this book. The hero, Dr. Dante Nash, is an Alpha male with a protective streak a mile wide. The heroine, Elle Kingston, is strong when she needs to be, a bit insecure about her own self-worth as a woman, and a born nurturer. Another book that had lurked on my kindle for an eternity and which I whipped through on holiday when in search of light reading. It was OK. Hero was a bit one dimensional. Heroine nice enough. Both of them spiked with special sexual hedonism drug to enable wild monkey sex on a pool table while maintaining the fiction that 'she doesn't do that sort of thing normally'. Paper thin 'plot' involving drug deals and undercover police and stuff. So yeah. It was OK.
ok - leaves you wanting to read the next book

Lori Wilde can’t remember a time when she didn’t want to write. She even went to nursing school so she could have a schedule flexible enough to allow her to write on the side. She nursed for 20 years, working in a variety of settings from the newborn nursery to the recovery room, to dialysis. But she never lost her desire to write.

She sold her first book in 1994 to Silhouette Romance but later dis
