Thanks so much to GoodReads and Alexia Vernon for gifting me this book. I really like that Alexia mentions focusing on your strengths rather than your weaknesses. This is something that was very shocking to me the first time I heard it, and was helpful to hear re-iterated. I must admit to having gone through some similar exercises a few years ago, so I have not completed all the exercises in the book.
