Characters a bit two diminutional. Too fantastical for my tastes. I can usually suspend disbelief to read a vampire or shifter story, but with about a dozen paranormal beings in one story, it became just too much and silly. Also, this story has an instant relationship between Cam and Noel, one of my pet peeves. The plot is actually decent, if you can overlook the above elements.

I love Vampire and Shifter stories and this was fairly good for such a short one. It had some lovely humour and a fair bit of action. My only complaint is that it was too short and didn't really flesh out the world as much as it could have.
Did not finish. (stop at the end of chap.2)
I can't thing of something positif to wrote about this book, I prefer to not flaming it.

Could not finish it. It felt like you were just dropped into the story having no clue of the background of it.

Not necessarily in that order. She never finished that degree in archaeology, but did learn to scuba. After a life that, gardening is pretty re ...more
