This book is great! Iam still reading it but it has helped me draw faces a lot because that is what I did but now I'll start doing the entire body.!

This was an easy to use guide. You can PROBABLY use it without having used Manga for the Beginner, but I wouldn't recommend it. It is mostly characters.
