Recommends it for: anyone who loves to cook

Since I live in Iowa, and have been to a few of the inns that worked with the author to create this little gem of a cookbook, it was a MUST to own.

I've tried a number of the recipes and they turned out great. Innkeepers have to know how to satisfy the public with their cooking, so I was not surprised to find simple, yet tasty, recipes.

My favorite recipes in this book were handed-down from a previous generation. I was born and raised in Iowa, so preserving our heritage is extremely important to...more
