This is a fab cupcake recipe book that is great value for money when you consider how many recipes it contains. The book starts with an introduction that contains information about the kind of tools you'll need and some basic baking tips which I'm sure most amature bakers will find useful to read through before getting started.

The recipes are then split into different sections and I'll give you a brief overview of each section so you'll have a better idea of what's included:

Ricette molto semplici e fattibili che io sto arrangiando seguendo le regole piu' basilari della dieta Montignac. Solo farina e zucchero integrali non raffinati. Invece del burro un bicchierino da 125 gr di yogurt magro naturale e un cucchiaio di olio di oliva.
E tutta la parte ingrassante e poco salutare della base del cupcake se ne va .....
Ah, niente frosting, sorry.... marmellata senza zucchero con sopra le noci o i pinoli ... o la cannella o altri ingredienti salutari a scelta....

This is a great book if your looking to create strictly cupcakes. There is all different cupcakes from sweet to savoury as well as a section strictly for adults. It's very helpful and contains a section on how to make the frosting. There are also photos for each cupcake idea, so you can see how your cupcake won't turn out like. I have used this book many times to create nice cupcakes.
