The title says a lot, and it shouldn't mislead you at all. I love this cookbook! Every recipe I have tried is good, the people I have shared these dishes with gobble them up. I have made the easy banana bread over and over again, switching it up a little from time to time (for instance, it says that a slice is good with honey drizzled on top, so I thought, "Why not substitute a little honey for some of the sugar?").
