Cleared...hot?

The book provides some useful strategies yet nothing new. If you are into self-help then expect to see all similar strategies as in other books.

Excellent motivational book. It's an easy read - took about three days to read. Once I got started, it was hard to put it down. Vernice's personal story actually absorbs you into wanting to read more. She provided some truly inspirational words of wisdom, and shared her experiences of challenges as a Marine Corps combat pilot - and being the first African American woman to achieve this role, as well as her 'seven step' plan on identifying and accomplishing goals. I saw Vernice give a rousing session at a conference this past April and afterwards I just had to have her book. My friend and I were the last two on line for an autograph just before her staff ended the session. Fortunately, Vernice saw us and waved us over. I really enjoyed the book!
